Custom services can be included in any package to fulfill your individual needs. Our “à la carte”, no-contract required, services are as follows:

Most of InPro tenants pay the rent on time due to the excellent tenant screening process. We collect rent from the tenant and we offer convenient payment options to all tenants, including mail, drop-off, credit card payments and online payments. This allows tenants to pay even if it’s the weekend or after hours, so they have no excuse to not pay their rent on time. If there is a delay in payments, then late fees are in order. The company will also not hesitate to take legal action in the event of non-payment.

Accounting services are an important component of our full-service management package. Property managers fully and freely share all information about investment portfolios and tax deductions with the property owners. You will also receive copies of all invoices with each statement. Each month, we will send you a financial statement containing the amount of money that was collected, and payments, if any, that were made throughout the month. We don’t just collect payments and rent either. We charge and collect late fees, pursue collection of dishonored payments like bounced checks, and can provide eviction services if they become necessary. Our property management experts allow you to relax while they take care of all financial transactions related to your property.
